The U.S. Constitution and State Constitutions were created as Republican forms of Government.

That is, they are governments created by We the People to represent our will and serve our welfare .

American Governments created by We the People were given limted authority and powers to be exercised solely for the purposes necessary for the functions of society.

Governments are NOT created to become dictatorships or to vastly enrich and empower our paid servants beyond what is reasonable and necessary to preserve our lives, liberties, and pursuits of happiness.

What has happened though, is that too many people we have elected or hired to work in 'our' governments have done everything they can to increase their power and wealth, while reducing our rightful powers and liberties.

Tragically, for too long we have allowed them to pursue these goals. Today it is apparent that we stand to lose everything that is rightly ours if we do not come together to stop unlawful applications of government powers.

What You Can Do

The U.S. Constitution comes from, is based upon, and recognizes the supremacy of the Common Law. We the People are holders of the Common Law and can apply it to exert our natural rights and liberties, and to bring governments back into compliance with the limited powers We the People have granted them.
